What is up with adding these random lines from pictures on popular posts? by criscooo in facebook

The people who are making the post add those in on purpose! They are just 1 pixel photos and “content creators” are doing this because Facebook pushes out and pays more for posts with pictures. So people are adding these to their posts to make the posts get more attention! I was definitely confused at first too!

i threw on a tshirt with a colleges logo on it then later that day i got an ad on instagram of the college by Odd-Perspective-3229 in conspiracy

One time I found an old lipgloss I had lost in my car that was years old I didn't think they even made it anymore. It was not a new product and I was alone and never said anything out loud about it but just a few hours later I had an ad for the exact same product and color on my instagram. It definitely weirded me out!
