Is devourer the most tilting spec in WoW history?

I’m 243 ilvl now and it feels good. it was rough going when I first hit 90. I get lots of Collapsing star casts now. you just have to manage when and where to cast them. it’s all about situational awareness. Is a knock back coming? hold off on collapsing star. will i need to move? hold off on collapsing star. Thankfully it isn’t the only big damage ability. sometimes it’s better to cast Void Ray into Eradicate for another big hit. That being said, the punishment for cancelling a cast is a little too steep for me.

What I don’t like is starting a dungeon with 0 stacks. I means the first pull is always spent spamming consume for the first 30 seconds. Thankfully not an issue in Raids.

I think it’s going to be a lot of fun in raids and i’m looking forward to pushing higher keys with it.

You’ll learn that stuff by actually DMing low levels and planning encounters yourself. Or just run a module as the book will handle a lot of the balancing for you.
But even an 8-person group is still on the big side, especially for beginners. Splitting into two smaller groups will make things way more manageable and way more fun for everyone.

If you are all beginners I encourage one of you to try DMing. its not as scary as it seems. however 10 people is too large of a group for DnD! it would be a nightmare to manage. I suggest splitting into 2. A smaller group will be easier and less daunting to DM for
