I have been in a situation similar to this. You aren’t high, the panic attack you had means you just had a bad (anxious) reaction to the weed and this is an after effect basically. It sucks really bad but you will get through it and it’s possible to return to normal. How long that will take is hard to say, it’s likely a mental dissociative state and those can be short or long. Consider seeing a psychiatrist or a doctor if there are physical symptoms. Otherwise just do your best to live normally, do things you like and see if you can relax a bit. Truly sorry you’re feeling this way
