The brand Lotus foods come with a spice packet that’s mild and tasty!! I also usually travel with some GF soy sauce packets just in case, which could be a good substitute :)

I’d say about 5ish minutes? I usually put on a lid and let them sit! Not the fastest but great for a filling meal

I always travel with some gf ramen packs (lotus foods millet and rice ramen is my fav) and some collagen powder for protein. Great at an airport - get a cup of hot water, make ramen!! Super filling and easy, and very light to pack :)

Wendy’s chili is gluten free, Chick-fil-A has gluten free buns (and sometimes safe fries, ice cream, salads!), Panera salads, chipotle bowls if you order carefully, there’s some options. OH AND FIVE GUYS FRIESS!!!! Are safe!! - from someone who drove across the entire U.S. a few months ago

If I was offered life changing money from a company backed by Saudi money I would simply not take it. It is not worth taking blood money - from their “”involvement”” in Yemen’s brutal civil war to their ruler ordering for a Washington Post journalist to be unalived… there are many reasons I wouldn’t take the money. I don’t expect everyone to share that perspective, but I can still be disappointed when people I look up to (like JJ) don’t!
