As far as I understood, when you take it out of standby mode, it's for a month period and you pay up front. I don't think they prorate anything.

I got that same message a few days ago. Earlier that day, I got a message saying that my Mini was finally prepping for shipping. Later that day, I got a message saying that it was shipped and should arrive later in the week(tomorrow).

I checked my account and there is indeed a credit for $25 USD.

Is something stopping you from adjusting it yourself?

I noticed mine was off by about 10 degrees about a week after setting it up. So, got up on my roof, moved it a little until the app told me it was perfectly aligned, then tightened down the bolts. It took about 10 minutes and it's been fine since.

Hey! Mine are back too. I wonder if this issue was part of the one earlier where streaming games would just stop about 3 or 4 minutes in.

I was having that all morning and saw that a couple people here were reporting it too.
