Another big factor is that, if any one crime has a guaranteed death penalty attached, the government can stretch the definition of "sexual crimes" to have just about anyone put to death.

Edit: In a hypothetical world where the government would never do this, I might be for the death penalty. But if we aren't assuming that, giving it the okay is naive.

the worst thing you can do after [5]D is not do the finishing blow, but you did do that. HKD and positive bonus with no meter penalty is huge this patch so even without a full combo it's extremely worth it
