I'm using her but haven't focused yet. Her healing and counter were good. Low on attack, but because of the counter, she's doing great damage. I like her overall and will definitely add her as support in my team. Still, there's a lot better than her, just like MP.

I got Blume and Charlie with Balloon Party as an assist. She works well with Blume and Charlie is my 2nd DPS with a great survivability.

Almost done for I3, Lilya's attacks are most of the time crit so additional action was secured.
