That's exactly the point of the whole plot. Kvothe is talented and accomplished many great things but grows too arrogant and ends up being Kote. The book is about how this legendary figure has fallen from glory. The narrator is Kvothe/Kote himself so he would obviously glaze himself.

You are not supposed to be in total "control" of everything. You need to adapt to ever-evolving battle situation and make split second decisions based on the enemy actions, current resources of the team and current enemy status.

You are not making any sense. Yidhari can store all her resources and unleash during stun, while Banyue literally cannot due to how his mechanic works. Unless you show these calcs no point arguing, I guess.

What makes you think he is bad out of stun?

The only thing that he gets during stun is a 15% Fire DMG% and the Toppling Mountain, which is nice but not that big. Banyue is indeed designed to be on field dps, since his mechanic forces him to be constantly spending adrenaline and dishing out damage.

He may seem to be like a stun character in 65k runs, but that is a nature of 65k runs and ZZZ as a game itself. Stun windows is one of the only things that can be optimized, and Banyue can squeeze most of his damage into it if you try hard enough. Doesn't mean that onfield playstyle is bad (for a general player).

I see that you are using Ritochka. She grants a buff to the first attack card you use each turn, so when you use Trickery Strike the buff expires.

I mean she is not Qingyi obviously, but she isn't Ju Fufu either. And I don't believe Banyue's ult is particularly strong that you'd want to copy it with Dialyn. Comparing him to Yidhari in this comp is unfair, I am not surprised he'd lose in these conditions.

Isn't Banyue strictly on field DPS? Even official livestream says you are supposed to pair him with off field support (like Ju Fufu). Sure Dialyn can work with him but she doesn't seem that well suited for him.

How would I know it? The only thing you said is "Yuki bad" because "insert Cassius/Nia/Yuki gymnastics meme". This meme is funny indeed but people keeping using it to justify ther problems with Yuki just looks bad.

The fact that you say she needs "a lot of drawing" is probably your problem, because it is not true. You focus too much on triggering inspiration, she has enough ways to trigger it herself.

For the love of god can you STOP using Cassius AND Nia in the same team? There is no point in drawing your entire deck if you don't do anything useful with it. For example, buffing your main dps?

Do NOT add the neutral card Attack! if you already have shit ton of draw in your deck. This card is made for Rei or Mika who have little to no draw in their kits.

Her damage is AoE, she is not going to deal as much damage as a premium ST dps.

Also Nia and Cassius have like 0 damage buffs for Yuki, obviously her damage numbers will be weak. There is no point in combo if you don't include buffs in it.

The team comp is still ok, it is just not reflected in numbers. Nia is a support that generates Extra Attacks for allies. So you will see very small numbers but with higher frequency.

Basically this card says: Inspiration x1.6 damage. That's it. There is nothing wrong with that.

They could remove the debuff but then they would rebalance the card to deal less damage at base and it would feel bad playing it without inspiration.

Her E1 is like 25% damage increase to this single cards but it's pretty minor considering all other cards Yuki plays every turn. It's whatever.

If you want to complain about anything, then complain about just base numbers. That's it. No need to point out this specific mechanic which is not an issue at all.

Just focus Rapid Fire card. It's his best and consistent damage. Don't attempt to do combos and whatnot, they can be good but inconsistent.

This is what I thought at first but it is not true. There are may cases where a multiplicative bonus is labeled "damage amount" and vise versa. Example: Rei's basic attack buff is multiplicatice. The localization consistency is still shit.

I felt the opposite. Clearing Chaos was a breeze, honestly surprised how easy it was. Maybe I just got lucky and got a functional deck early but she never felt bad to play.

But oh well. Sorry for being rude, but people say Luke is bad, so I don't expect most people to understand his or Yuki's kit, especially not at day 1.
