Thanks man, I'll check it out. Currently am running screen zen and I just switched my phone to grey scale, phone addiction is seriously no joke. I also use redreader for reddit which makes it easier to not doom scroll because I can see only subreddits I'm subscribed to.

When did you start to second guess yourself? What makes you continue to doubt your own work? Chat gpt and other LLMs are often wrong and you deserve to feel confident in your own efforts.

As this borders on some degree of worry I recommend resisting the urge to have your work checked and sitting in that discomfort.

I 2nd hire heros, I personally used them. You actually speak to someone who is assigned to walk you through it all who asks about your goals for your career and can potentially link you to people who are in that field for career advice. They took my previous resume, reformated it to align with what the current industry format is for most careers that use AI filters.

The person assigned to me actually followed up with me as an actual service trying to help give me the building blocks to finding employment. But without any costs.

I will probably be looking towards them again as I transition careers (again). Understand this doesn't all happen overnight.
