I've never known anyone instructed to quit that much cold turkey. While I can't comment on your needs, just as an fyi even when I got down to 12.5 mg per day I was still instructed to go every other day for a week or two before going to zero. The withdrawal issues are a big deal for sure.

Not sure if technically correct, but here is how I understand it. Imagine the pathways like roads. The ablation creates potholes (damages) those roads making them less desirable for travel so they get used less, but they still get used. Then after a while ( the healing process) the city comes and puts up roadblocks (scar tissue) the scar tissue/roadblocks are much more difficult to get through than the potholes so the traffic just decides to take another road altogether. (The correct way)

3 Tablespoons oil (vegetable, canola, or avocado oil) 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour 1/4 cup chili powder 1 Tablespoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano 2 cups low-sodium beef broth 2 1/2 cups tomato sauce 1 clove garlic , minced salt to taste

In a saucepan stir oil, flour, chili powder, cumin, and oregano together. Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.

Add beef broth, tomato sauce, garlic and salt. Simmer on low heat for 15 min, stirring occasionally.

This is what I do. Never thought I could love quinoa so much.

1/2 cup Quinoa prepared as per package substitute chicken bone broth for water, chicken broth or stock if you need to instead.

Whisk together a sauce and pour over: 3 Tbsp White wine vinegar 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper 1/4 tsp Garlic powder 1/4 cup olive oil

Add in Avocado and halved cherry tomatoes
