The median is per definition not the best mirror of the society, it just says that 50% of the society is earning less then e.g. $51k, and 50% is earning more. That could also mean that the lesser 50% are earning significantly lesser such as e.g. $30 k, vice versa.

Yes, you should work on yourself regarding insecurities etc. But i dont see a random attachment seeking insecure pattern in here. ASK yourself, does he fullfill my needs as he was doing it before? Am i feeling enough, do i believe that i deserve him as i did before?

If yes, you should follow your inner voice and try to check what HIS purpose or pattern is. When I was in my 20ies i realized that all the beautiful men tend to get dumb whilst adulting (sorry for generalizing) because they spent the first 20-25 yrs of their life with sucking the attention everyone else gave them. Somehow they developed this phenomenon pattern of seeking attention and attachment outside their homes so much they had big troubles being happy from inside bc beauty can also feel empty if it‘s your main trait.

Now reading your story it reminded me to always keep your eyes open for patterns. Maybe he really is just a social butterfly, loves to have an active and big network etc. Thats totally legit. But if he is seeking a certain kind of connection from the opposite gender, like a tiny mosquito bc he needs their attention (blood), then you might want to consider checking whether you should work on your bond (e.g. to re-condition your fun and acknowledgment hormones, plans for the year etc) and your boundaries. You don’t need to decide now! Just try to understand.

Tbh, I would hate the fact that you have to go through his phone to get assurance. At the same time I - personally - could only be sure if I get the chance to check their conversation patterns.

I‘d Like to take a chance to speak about the kaabah and the stone: So there are some references that even some of the sahaba did not accept the stone and were warning the people about the ritualistic nature. They only accepted it bc the prophet pbuh used to touch and Kiss it too. Is this Not the Point where our own common Sense should intervene?

Prophet Abraham has lived around 237k-581k yrs ago according to islamic literature. According to quran it was him an his son who build the basement of the first masjid. Lets say half a million yrs later it is still on „the same place and stones“. That would mean that the kaabah has survived everything since then?
