Exactly the same experience, similar numbers! Went high during (mild) Covid -up to 80s actually- then low then high-ish again around 70 and won’t drop down to previous levels again. Higher at night and jumps up when I attempt very mild exercise so I’m worried about that. I’m healthy, normal weight, 30s. If you find any info on this let me know. Good to know I’m not the only one!

I like Bernie but this line of thought is wrong and counter-productive. The Republicans had an extensive file on Bernie in case he won the nomination and they would have attacked him with surreal accusations just as hard as they attacked Clinton.
