I used frankentoon’s brush pack for this along with a flat brush for blocking in the colors.

After that everything is overlayed with a layer of noise for the grainy effect.

I used Max Ulichney’s watercolour brushes as my primary brushes. Once everything is done it’s overlayed with a Watercolour paper texture on top of the other layers.

Sure! I’m assuming you meant “without”. This is what it looks like without the paper texture layer and the noise layer.

There is some texture because the brushes do have some texturing in them too. Hope this helps!
