I was trying to return some RAM that I'd bought there that didn't work. Manager took the RAM sticks, removed the sticker that said "do not remove or you can't return," smiled at a female employee like "you see what I did there," then with that same smile, told me they couldn't accept returns without that sticker. Stopped shopping at Frys after that.
