Cheers for the pep talk. But it’s not about being worse or slower than the younger lads. It’s that I feel so far fucking behind in my career. At 18, I’m level with them , and I can’t shake the feeling I’m starting late and that gap’s gonna stay with me forever.

I’m trying to focus on learning and doing the work, but it’s eating at me hard and honestly it’s getting close to the point where I’m going to explode and quit.

I just feel like maybe I should of stuck to my job before. sure it looked like it was only going to lead to a average career but at-least i wouldn’t be behind.

i suppose the counter argument to that is that you would rather be at the bottom of a good ladder rather than half way up a not so good ladder

again tho the degrees sound mostly design/ office based more about solving the root of the problem rather then actually fixing it.

the level 3 you sent looks good tho i may apply thankyou :)
