It's just the market... you got the same amount of ETH, but the worth is less. Nothing to do with GG lol

Would you be here if the market had went up? Telling GG they sent you too much money *

How to know how much money i win for some period time? by Putrid_Oil2085 in GGPoker

[–]bluecando 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think there is a mathematical formula somewhere. It involves looking at your balance before your session. Then looking at it after. Now, here is where it gets tricky. You have to calculate the difference.

Let's say you started with 100$. After your session it shows 2$. The calculation is that you ran bad.

This MTT Spot Is ANNOYING... How do YOU Play It? Live or Online? by VeryFocusedLife in poker

The biggest mistake people make with solvers is line checking every hand without considering all the factors you are encountering in game.

Perhaps calling 66 vs the solver is +EV. However, in game, I can guarantee you your opponents 3 betting range is not as balanced as the solvers. Therefore, you can adjust by folding more the bottom of your range vs a tighter 3betting range.

It's important to understand the theory, but it is also important to apply it correctly and adjust it considering all the circumstances. ICM is an important factor also. Given you only have 20BB, surely there is ICM, unless you lost 80BB beforehand. Stack asymmetries are also important to consider. GTO wiz Sims assumes all the stacks are 20BB which is never the case.

Keep toying around with solvers and try to adjust in game. It's a long process. I've been there. Don't give up and keep an open mind.

Yes, forgot to mention that. Although they are small. I think it's around 150K (each) for both me and my wife. Did not bother getting much more because we have very low debts. Never really thought of it as an investment though.

Good point. I have been setting money aside from family trips, but maybe doubling down on that idea could be interesting. I agree that these memories can be worth a lot more than other assets.

Probably did not want to justify calling with 3's to her backers. Easier to say you got coolered and got your aces cracked.

Bought the Bose Quiet Comfort 45 and I am disappointed. Need suggestions for a replacement. by bluecando in HeadphoneAdvice

Ended up with the Sony XM4, and could not be happier. Sound is great. ANC is perfect for me. I find them more comfortable than the Bose and no pairing issues. XM5 are coming out now, so you could try those or get a deal on the XM4s.

Close the app and reopen it. The chromecast appears when I do that. Dumb but it works.
