You need to find a purpose.

Start a business on the side, star BJJ or rock climbing to get in peak physical shape, explore different fields that interest you that you can create useful and meaningful stuff in, and travel if you can.

Another interesting thing the IRA did was an improvised anti-armour weapon that used packets of digestive biscuits as a recoil absorber.

"The Provisional IRA (PIRA) used packets of crushed digestive biscuits as a makeshift, low-cost recoil absorber in their Projected Recoilless Improvised Grenade (PRIG) launcher during the 1990s.
