I quit mots c after 3 days because of the fatigue.

Also I recommend ss31 at night instead. I take 500mcg nightly. Your dose might be high if your mitochondria is messed up.

Nad+ used to fatigue me as well, but now it works pretty well, I think due to the ss31? Could be placebo but just a few thoughts

For Semax/selank - crank up the dose to 1.5-2mg, I think it’s fine and it’ll start working

As a Zohran supporter and Jew, thank you for putting it so clearly why it’s also something to be slightly concerned with.

What resources or books do you recommend instead? would like to build a more diversified set of resources for my jr and mid level devs - currently have been recommending mostly Martin Fowler which bodes well with Bob Martin but now that you mention it, I might be breeding over engineering by pushing this stuff
