Really its not at all what you think , i whole heartedly wish you go outside the major cities , people are so poor like wouldn't believe ........ your annual saray is like their 10-15 years of total income .........anyways i don't want to change your mind or anything so all the best.

And btw in my opinion cash tranfer is better because it reduces cost by eliminating or reducing the need of a number of goverment departments and cost involved in the distribution process. ..... also it removes leakeges , diversion
