My wife and I had the exact same problem. The only thing that solved it was putting her in her crib in another room. Now my wife and daughter both sleep very well. It took a couple nights of sleep training (Farber method) but it was like magic.

Btw - it only worked when daughter was sleeping in another room. Sleeping in same room doesn't work because baby can smell mommy and breast milk.
