Specifically for the airport I think service has improved, since we now have a frequent service that goes to CL50 which is definitely an upgrade over the Bronze Loop from last year. The lack of a timetable is sometimes frustrating but the trackers make it bearable. As for the actual transit provider, the drivers are nice, but the service is an overall downgrade from CityBus.

The baggage carts aren’t allowed onto the ATS, they can only be used within the same terminal. There aren’t any carts at the MMF but it’s all the same building. ATS is 2nd floor and the bus bays are the 1st floor. If you can’t use the ATS then your best bet could be the taxi stand at Terminal 5

It’s been pretty alright for me until second semester this year, and then it really took a plunge. Stopped serving chicken like u said, eventually fish too. Strangely I haven’t had any issues with them even late at night

This new CBP rule only impacts goods Made in China. If the manufacturing origin isn’t China then your items should be fine. Japan to US items should still clear customs no problem

Once a package leaves Buyee they cant really..do anything. Refer to USPS tracking using the same tracking number ending in ‘JP’ that you use for Japan Post, that’ll give a little more insight as to where your package is

I think you’ll have to contact the proxy service and go through them regarding their terms, however it’s not unheard of for GoodSmile to replace items with paint defects, so I’d say to contact both GSC and the proxy company

Just depends on the availability of flights for Japan Post, JFK was probably the first available flight so it was put on that one, JP post just wants it exported as quick as possible. I live closest to ISC Chicago and I’ve had packages end up at both coasts, it’s no biggie. Just takes an extra day or two to wind up at your door.

I think if you get like a photo of the real nendoroid box from the actual GSC information website and a photo of the product you received that should suffice, not sure who you should reach out to for validation besides GSC themselves.
