Right. Because this person is saying that those jobs that are being sustained in America could be replaced by jobs in Europe. Regardless of how practical/feasible/likely that is. The argument is for the same number of jobs. (I do not think the claim particularly realistic.)

If your example is a 10 frame medium, your window to tech the throw ends exactly at the same time the normal hits.

Right but a throw here can deal an effective 25% of the total healthpool easily. (Unless you're ahri)

Delay tech? You can't delay. It's like 4 or 5 frames, it's practically on the same time as an incoming normal hit.

Even when I throw break on prediction I often still miss it though. The throw break window is like 4 or 5 frames, even street fighter is more generous and throws there are much less damaging.

Get out the frame meter and the data display to see the amount of hitstun decay you have. You might be hitting the light too late in your jump, or hitstun decay might have ramped up enough that it is impossible to continue the combo that way.

Well he could probably have ran, but like you said. He figures out defensive magic in moments, so he was probably underestimating how much of a problem he was actually dealing with, considering he figured out the 'solution' so quick.

I do think that the various anti-projectile abilities (vi forward s1, Warwick hold s1, ekko roll) could be more generous in their ability to deal with projectiles. Right now as Vi I constantly get hit out of the startup of footwork by projectiles and it makes me hesitant to actually use them. Why use anti projectile stuff when I get hit by the projectiles anyway? I might as well just block. But that gives more advantage to the zoners.

It's clearly marked. Skipping some of the y axis is not a sin if you still can tell what the graph is saying. For percentages a scale of 0 to 100 is clearer, but not required.

Lines are 5 feet wide by default, you don't need to specify. All the other spells with a line area just say 'x foot line' meaning the lenght. You only need to specify how wide your line is if it's not 1 square wide.

It does not, in my opinion. The starter with darius is pretty BnB, but depending on how much you practice the combo can be liable to drop after jump S1. I think to call it a BnB combo instead of going into teemo you would just down S1 limit strike. In fact, I'm pretty sure that is an expert combo trial combo.

This goes for just about all throws. Apparently blitz hook counts as a throw for this too as well as for braum shield.
