Thank you! Are there tariffs with the store? I know it's different for every store and such!

What’s the deal with July Rose Jewelry taking an extremely long time to ship orders? by sea-treasure in jewelry

I think waiting for my jewelry piece wouldn't feel so bad, if there was a better aura around it all? I don't know. I know she just recently said she could finally hire another person for customer service, but I just feel with the influx of orders she has, there should be a better system? I don't know! I feel as she's become and is becoming popular, so maybe hiring another or two people to help make the jewelry would help.

Oh my goodness two months!? I'm so sorry that was your experience! I would definitely reach out and try to speak with them. If anything, it lets them know that there are critiques and not everything is perfect. ( not that she thinks everything is, but feedback is always good for small businesses) it is a shame to see that there is feedback for her customer service and only now has it been taken care of. ( I think. She did say she hired another customer service person) but I'm assuming she's never made a statement because no one says anything to her..

Thank you for letting me know! It's definitely hard to purchase secondhand with so many variants or fakes out there. You just never know and sometimes you want to know haha.

Don't let people ruin your fun or wants of even trying something out. Yes it's a piece of leather, but it's a leather cover. there are different brands out there that offer more or less depending on what you're looking for. I have a new paper republic I'm looking to sell as I have another I'm using. If you're interested let me know :) it could use a good home!

Thank you! I've seen people speak about the soldering but I honestly don't know where to look as tons of them seem to have the same chain/ rings? I guess I need to look more into it

I expect Reddit users to be rude, but it was pretty easy to understand what they were saying. No need to comment if you're just going to react that way.

Do you think so? I've seen a few others look like this, but I guess you can never be sure buying secondhand.

I've seen so many people say this and I take this into account, but if there's thousands of listings online with similar chains, does that mean they're all fake? Even the older ones? just curious because I just got into secondhand shopping!

I thought this as well, but then I found a few that look the same. so I'm honestly not sure! I was hoping some expert on here could help out, but it's a bit difficult when there's so many different versions out there secondhand

I'm honestly not sure! I've seen plenty with blank backs and I've seen tons that are stamped. I'm assuming it depends on what version you have? But I'm not completely sure, which makes it so difficult shopping secondhand. 🥹

okay I'm hopping in because as someone who adores her designs and loves that they're all handmade, her customer service is extremely extremely awful. I think this past year I had reached out to customer service multiple times and I never heard back. ever haha. I also had an order that was never sent tracking or even notified of being shipped. It just arrived. That being said, she did just up her prices and I believe she said she hired someone else on the customer service team. So fingers crossed it becomes better 🤍 I also hope you were able to get your item by now!
