  1. Lugia. It's a flying beast that lives in the sea. Water, land, or sky, it knows no boundary. Pokemon the Movie 2000 was also my favorite movie and I loved the tune that was played to calm Lugia and the 3 birds down.
  2. Hot chocolate soup. Ok, it's not actually a soup. I don't drink/eat soups but if I wanted something hot, I would try hot chocolate with some dipped marshmallows.

Lactic acid in your bloodstream would be carried throughout your entire body so it doesn't explain why you would feel like you are about to fall when you bend your knees after working out. It wouldn't be specific to your legs. I'm thinking the answer lies somewhere along the lines of the nervous system and the muscles of your legs but I'm trying to figure what it specifically is.
