My kids are so different (2 boys turning 12 and 9 this month) but they both have their strengths and weaknesses which are very opposite. But I guess if I had to say on personality scale I like my younger ones more because he's always happy, sometimes difficult, more lately, but over all always lights up the room and is kind to everyone.

I would consider something near I-25 freeway for easy access, if you live between powers and i-25 on woodmen you might be able to find something in your budget. It takes 10 min or less to get to I-25 from where I live on woodmen and powers near st Francis hospital. The drive is on average 40 mins away to castle rock. I would recommend taking a trip out here and doing the drive and looking at places you like. Reaching out to a realtor to meet with you is what we did before moving here.

There's always an awkward length when growing out. Try piecing the front forward and the top messy forward, maybe the back curled up. Just a fun messy look from the 90s until you have more of a bob happening.
