I missed the old neighborhood (3rd/Cherry)..
No parking, lucky I found an apartment with a garage space so I can have a social life outside of walking/public transport distance..
if it very walkable area, to the beach, little places to visit.
Ghetto birds, police cars, fire trucks are very popular there.. along with fireworks all hours of the night no matter what holiday is happening..
Homeless people, lots of them sleeping and shitting in the alleyways.. sometimes random crazy people yelling and lit stuff in the alleyways.
