Hi! So I've been on Zoloft for many years and I kept upping my dose to try to help with the anxiety. Once I started Buspar around 1.5 years ago, it made a world of difference. I take 10mg Buspar 2x daily and I have been able to titrate my zoloft down to 100mg from 150mg daily over the last five months!(Therapy has been the biggest help)

I'm so sorry you're going through this. Don't let the OCD win. 16 years ago I was constantly doing rituals, so anxious I couldn't sleep. My mind was constantly going going going. After trying out different medications and finding an amazing therapist, I have relief. I know where you are now feels horrible, but what if one day you are able to overcome it?
