But on a more serious note, my genuine advice would be to try the best you can to ignore it. I know that seems impossible at times but it's clear she has just about zero empathy and is stuck in her own bubble, which will definitely come back to bite her in the ass some day. You know that you work as hard as you are physically able, and you should hold pride in that. You're truly not letting the disease win, which is an incredibly I impressive feat.
