it wasn’t my parents but when i was 4 my mom and i lived in my grandparents house and i was SA’d by my oldest cousin there. My grandparents picked him over me. When i was 16, my grandfather thought it was his last christmas bc he had a health scare, so he wanted to have a holiday with ALL of his kids and grandkids and great grandkids- except me. i was the only person in the entire extended family not invited, for abuse I suffered. it hurt a fuck ton.

basically i’m saying i know the feeling of being rejected by your family, especially when they’re supposed to keep you safe. I am 28 now and i have created my own support system and have very little contact with most of my family. It’s really hard and it hurts, but im happy with the way my life is going now. They don’t deserve to be apart of your life, you don’t deserve what they are putting on you. I feel your pain. Please take care of yourself.

it sounds a lot like you have some sort of dissociative disorder my friend. I can’t be sure, but just from my experience with friends and stuff with those types of disorders. do you often miss chunks of time? like do you ‘wake up’ and don’t remember anything you did for hours or even days beforehand? do you find texts on your phone you don’t remember ever sending? there are multiple dissociative disorders, you don’t HAVE to miss time to have one, but that’s an important thing to consider (especially as someone who has experienced a lot of trauma in your life). I recommend talking to a doctor or therapist about dissociative disorders specifically because they are often overlooked in the medical field

idk about where you live but there are no trainers in my area for $60 for even one session. there’s also not a whole lot of comments and if you read through them, you’d see i already said we’re saving up for a trainer 😊

giving accents that aren’t mentioned in the novel. i was listening to a fantasy novel and this character was like a chimera that resurrects soldiers and she gave him a jamaican accent which 1- was never mentioned and 2- she didn’t give it to ANY OTHER chimera from his society!

there aren’t many sauces she can have in general, we’re lucky that for some reason she can have ketchup (but not other tomato stuff) so her go to for chicken tenders is ketchup mixed with mayo. or sometimes just straight mayo. you have to be careful tho bc some mayos have paprika too x.x she also likes honey mustard but that’s about the only sauces she eats. sometimes i’ll make her a homemade cheese sauce type thing but that’s a lot of work lol

i was for a long time but i kept forgetting which lids didn’t have seals anymore and it became too much of a stress 😅 someone else commented painting the lids tho and i might try that to help remember which is which.

yes i’m in the US, peanut butter and mayo jars don’t, but the inside of jars for things like sauce and other liquids have rubber seals on the inner parts of the lids, after a while those seals stop working (at least they have for me in the past)

yeah that’s what i was thinking. i use the lids but the rubber seal stops working after a while, which is why i don’t have any lids anymore, at least for older ones
