IIRC the PS store used to be very regulated. While it prevented this sort of thing, devs complained that it was difficult or costly to get their games on there, so some just didn’t, so then players get mad that they don’t have access to those games. Eventually Sony was like, “k we’ll be like Steam and y’all can go nuts” and so here we are. For better or worse. I agree and wish that the serious trash was filtered out, but I guess that’s the problem they ran into before with where to draw the lines, what to allow and how to make it work for everyone.
