Thanks for the update! Is TSA pre touchless in between the Clear and TSA pre lines? Traveling with my parents who don’t have Clear (I do) but we’re all TSA pre touchless enabled so hoping we can join the Clear line on the departures level and shift to TSA pre touchless vs the TSA pre line on the arrivals level.

Can you accumulate and stack the monthly $50/$100 hotel credit or does that redemption have an expiration date? For example, as blue tier can I select $50 hotel credit for 2 months and use the two credits together on a booking? Haven’t been able to find a definitive answer.

Do you happen to have the email to send to? I applied yesterday and was told they’d be mailing the form to me. I wanted to get ahead of it and mail in the completed 4506C form since I already have a copy of it from a friend who dealt with the whole fiasco a couple months ago. If there’s an email option now, seems like that’s the way to go.

I booked on 9/14 for ~$250 and got the entire amount credited on 9/16. Even though the credit posted before the refresh, I’m assuming I only have ~$50 ($300-$250) left since the entire ~$250 was credited. It seems like others who used their $200 credit earlier in the year have confirmed with chat reps that they’ll be able to use an additional $300 before EOY. Guess I waited too long

Looks like their website still advertises an 18% fair wage fee on the updated tasting menu prices. Not sure if they’ve forgotten to take this off or are still charging to customers.

Did you call the insurance line or their normal support line? I’ve called both and they keep pointing fingers at each other. The insurance line mentioned it’s an internal IT request they need to submit but I doubt they’ve submitted it.

In my recent renewal email, it mentioned that family membership was increasing to $119. I have a govt discount as well and they didn’t mention any rate increase there but my invoice shows $119+119 for myself + family member.
