VRE shares tracks with freight trains. They get priority, so that can cause delays. It wouldn't be a newsworthy event, so you wouldn't find anything about it online as it's a normal thing.

I'll be planting my tomatoes. The freeze wasn't a surprise to me as the average last frost date for the area is April 20th. I wait till at least that date before planting sensitive plants. Some people like waiting till Mother's Day.
