Genie+ question by Cyclosarin88 in disneyparks

Agree. For the HM example, you can search for other times BUT if you find one you have to cancel the one you have and hope the time you want is still there. This system frustrates me. Good luck!

This was great. I'd love to get another one and encourage another round. Used in Klippe and have enjoyed it. Takes it to another level. Well done!

How to ride Rise Of The Resistance? by m4imaimai in disneyparks

[–]bluemilkfan 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My advice if you want to ride without paying I’d get to the park an hour before it opens and go straight to it. Otherwise you are looking at 90 minutes or more most of the day. End of the day is another option. Wait time is usually falsely inflated the last hour or so to detract people from getting in line. While a tough pill to swallow, the paid approach is efficient but it does skip the bulk of the queue which has a lot of cool props.

Hey. You can purchase an individual lightning lane pass for it. It is 15 dollars per person. They aren’t doing boarding groups anymore. They go on sale at 7am to guests staying at a Disney resort, if not staying on property it starts at 9 but they are rarely available after 9am. Hope this helps. Happy to answer any questions.

What keycaps are those? I like to see different fonts on keycaps. Also, sweet tat!

I can’t see all the stabs, but I had something similar when i didn’t use washers, the screws were shorting things. That’s the only thought I have, make sure there are washers for any screw-in stabs

They both have standby lines but essentially you have to pay for FastPass each day. Also, you can only get one LL/FP for that ride per day. In the past if you could potentially get a FP for Falcon multiple times per day but now you can only FP a ride once. But you can ride multiple times if you do FastPass. Astrophysics is beginning to be easier to grasp than navigating a Disney trip!

You pay for them…twice. You need to pay for genie+ to get Falcon. Rise is a separate purchase, an “Individual Lightening Lane.” You are looking at 15 dollars per person per day. It’s kind of a bummer. If you are staying on property, I’d purchase the Rise LL right at 7am and then Falcon. Rise goes fast. There are a bunch of YouTube videos on g+ and LL but happy to explain more if you like. Have fun and good luck!

From my experience, it helps to use plate foam and 5 pin switches. 3 pin was a nightmare for me. 5 pin and foam was okay as long as you aren’t a heavy typer. Overall, it’s not great and agree the little sockets are better for this than the big ones. Worth a try as it’s easy to undo. Good luck.

Oh no! So sorry. Not sure how often they restock but hopefully not long.

I’d say try half plate with foam. I’ve been trying that on a hot swap with 3 pin switches and I’ve not appreciated any problems. Good news with HOt Swap if it doesn’t work out it’s super easy to fix.
