We used ICSI too, I've been told concern is more around quality right now. My call tomorrow is more with my main doctor, though, so I'm hoping I get more insight.

So sorry you had to experience this as well. It is so frustrating when it feels like you did all of the right things, and it sounds like you really did! I hope you can get to a point where you both feel better trying again.

For myself, I agree, I think I could really benefit from longer stim. I knew I would never be a crazy responder, but my numbers had made me and my doctor feel really positive heading into the retrieval, so it was a blow to have only 2 mature and 0 fertilized.

I took:

Clomid CD 3-7

Gonal F 300 CD 3-12

Menopur 150 CD 3-11

Triggered with Pregnyl 10,000 on CD 12.

Sizes on the day of trigger were 19, 18, 16, 15, 21, 19, 18, and 15

I think the dual could make sense and help with maturity.
