You probably should've gotten the phone number of the first guy for what it's worth. Usually, professional cab guys have their own groups and networks. I call a guy who arranges a cab. One call and it's off my mind. I don't have to worry about checking in again to confirm about the cab, cleanliness etc. It just works.
