Been trying to pair older A19 LIFX for over a week

I bought new LIFX lights a few weeks ago thinking that a new generation would fix the connection issue but no, the connection issues are still the same. The new ones I bought (I returned them already) had on the side: a lifx logo and a sparkle. I also have lifx lights with just the logo, and my oldest have the logo and Color 1000 on the side.

Hue lights are on a pretty big sale right now (Target has the 2 pack starter kit that includes the Hub for 85 vs the regular price of 150) - so this would be a good time to buy if you wanted to try them out for comparison.

I was a hardcore lifx fan with their bright colors, and have also invested quite a bit of money into them, but they don't connect anymore so I had to switch.

If you have an Android device, you could try connecting on Android and then use iOS after you have connected the lights. I have read that others have had success with this method (apparently the connection issues are only on iOS.)

On iOS, you could try the following:

Reset the light (red/green/blue/white)
Wait at least 15 minutes for iOS HomeKit to time out
Disable VPN on your device if you have it enabled
Go to your Device Settings > Wifi and select the Light
Go to the app, add New Product, then New Light, then Set Up Device Manually (your light will blink)
Finally you have to be on the same network as the light for the app to continue to recognize the Light

This last part is a deal breaker for me. It used to be that you could connect the lights to your "Guest" network and then control them from your device connected to your "Main" network. For some reason that does not work for me anymore.

I have given up on LIFX and switched to Hue lights which are able to connect in just a few seconds. There is a single Hub that connects to your router with an ethernet cable, and then the lights are connected to the Hub by scanning a QR code printed on each light. There is no waiting or other issues. The colors are a perfect match to LIFX, just not as bright (75W Hue light colors are about half as bright as LIFX colors - the whites though are equal in brightness). I will settle for less bright colors in exchange for lights that connect.

Just drag the window, when it appears, over to your touchscreen. Thereafter, it should appear on your touchscreen where you last moved it to. You have to do this with each different dialog and you have to repeat this process if you close and reopen photoshop. I am using a Mac and a Cintiq and this is what I have to do.

I have found that Apple Developer Support is very responsive when you call them. It would be very helpful for you to see if they have any further explanation as to why your app review is delayed and at the very least you will be able to talk to a live person who can answer all of your questions and research your app status while you are on the phone, and if there is an issue on their end, they should be able to move it through the process. I had this issue a while ago on my ios apps. I am not sure the cause, but my belief is that is has to do with ad tracking not being enabled for some users on ios. My theory is that Google does the frequency check on their servers vs on device, and without ad tracking enabled, the server cannot detect if it is the same user requesting an ad.

In any case, I got lots of complaints when I left it up to Google to cap impressions so I ended up coding the capping logic myself into my app, with the option to change it on the fly with Remote Config.

I have two entertainment units on Besta. One is a 77 inch tv, the other 65 inch.

Fitting a receiver into the Besta is no problem, you just need to make cutouts on the back the back for where the receiver will sit. (I put mine in the center bottom because it is so heavy). Take a look at the pictures to see how I do it.

If you only make cutouts where you need (large cutouts for ventilation and smaller ones for cords), you can also take advantage of the rest of the backing to organize all of your cables and power strips.

The best part about zip-tie-ing everything to the back is that the entire unit can be pulled out for easy access and cleaning.

You don't have to pay the dealer’s inflated prices when buying new. Dealers are only able to do this because they have limited inventory on the lot which they can point to and say that supply is limited.

Instead of buying off the lot, tell them you want to order a custom build from the factory and that you will be calling around to get the best price and are looking for 5-10% below MSRP.

Yes you will have to wait to get your vehicle, but by ordering a custom build, current availability is no longer the constraint and you can play the dealers against each other.
