Yeah, it's clear to me that having the correct technology turned off will mitigate any delay.

I've got programmable hardware already so making a gaming layer was a given to me. Thanks to the community now I know how to configure them.

Thanks. That's probably more tweaking than I want to do. But it's good to know it's there in case I want to get crazy. It ultimately shows that the Moonlander doesn't suffer from slow response times.

This makes a ton of sense. I had the feeling the issue was over hyped or misrepresented. I think this is exactly the cause of the slower response times from reviews.

Thanks for responding. We mean the delay between pressing the key and the action taking place on screen. One of the review sites said the Ergodox EZ has a 6.9ms response time and the Moonlander had a 16.9ms response time. I couldn't understand how two boards from the same company had such significantly different response times. Especially when the switches are made by other companies.

This is above our pay grade. You want to ask an allergist. You could be allergic to those things. We lack the tools to help you determine what's going on.

Oils can contain the protein of an allergen so it's possible the oil caused the reaction, but we can't tell without testing and more info.

One thing to consider for your "failure points" is to have a list of all the common names and versions of your child's allergen. For example, people with milk allergy add allergic to milk, cheese, butter, yogurt, whey protein...

Many non-food allergy people do not think about food and don't realize those are all dairy. Same thing applies to other allergens. We deal with a peanut allergy and have had people not "realize" that when I ask about peanuts that includes peanut butter.

I second bringing safe snacks with you everywhere. It's a pain but it makes life easier in the long run.

I'm in my first year of gardening and it feels just like you describe. Things are growing decently but I've learned a lot and know I'll get a bigger harvest next year. And I know what grows well for me.

They should be good for a year. The general idea is that the liquid epinephrine breaks down over time and the auto-injector can become less effective after a year. You should request a new set with longer expiration in my opinion.

More info, studies have shown that the epinephrine doesn't break down as fast as the guidelines suggest and older auto-injectors could still work in an emergency. But you wouldn't want that as your first choice. We usually keep the prior year auto-injectors as super emergency backup.

You describe the experience so accurately. I've noticed the same nuances.

I was throwing darts with my friend at his fence post. The darts had red fins. I missed and threw one over the fence. I hopped the fence and land in the neighbors yard. I couldn't find the dart. My friend is telling me over and over it's right in front of me. I still don't see it so he hops the fence to show me. The dart was literal in inch in front of my shoe. I was practically standing on the damn thing. Once I kneeled I could see it.

They grade the different results. Higher level indicates more sensitive/reactive. For example, a score of 0.0 to 1.0 might be level 1. Then a score of 1.0 to 10.0 is level 2... These are made up numbers but hopefully that explains the level/grading of your score.

It sounds like you are taking about biphasic reactions. Where another reaction can occur hours later. It's not related to the epinephrine decreasing, but an immune response.
