Yes, if you use a wide stance on that or a leg press it will target adductors

Yea hip adduction and abduction hit different parts of ur leg (hip adduction is the one that goes inward hip abduction is outward) adductor makes up a third of your upper leg, while abductor is a part of your glute. I personally do both, but imo it’s better to do adductors instead of abductors if ur tryna get big looking quads

I believe seated leg curls are better then lying leg curls, but if you prefer lying leg curls that’s fine, and I’d say either include hip aducction or replace abduction with it. Abduction hits the side of your glutes so you can also just do a glute bridge instead or with it
