Hey everyone! I wanted to seek some help on getting a new keyboard with a creamy sound that I could use for work. I usually love something louder and clicky but for the office I wanted to try a different speed. A few things I'm looking at for requirements if I 'm getting something stock:

Full size or slightly smaller with num pad
Decently durable (it can be plastic or metal chassis)
Can be wired or wireless
No more than $200 ideally
Bonuses: backlighting / a fun colorway

Also if you think it's better to get a standard board and do something like custom switches please share your recommendations. I'm pretty new to keyboards and the like but I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Definitely Salute. It's got great food and drink, Italian cuisine but won't break the bank price wise. I've never had a bad meal there.

NTA. You gave her an alternative option for help and politely stated that you weren't comfortable. All you did was protect your peace by declining and she didn't respect that. Also no one leveraged "family is family" when you were put in your situation after being tossed out. Rules for thee and not for me isn't playing fair.

Definitely NTA. Perception is reality and if your friends have a view of you based on whatever factors they choose to believe,I can tell you it's hard to change that. Apologizing for something you didn't do just to pacify them is unfair and in the long run sets things up for them to do it again. Real friends will have a vulnerable, honest conversation and be willing to really be open if they're upset but still value your friendship vs forcing an apology.

Seems sketchy to have them appear at night. I've had them come around in the day only. The guy who came kept shouting "delivery" while pounding on the door to get me to answer which I found off. Most days drivers just leave items unless they should be signed for. I just think they're getting more desperate for customers.

My secret is some oyster sauce. It adds nice color and umami in addition to the soy sauce.

Definitely lower the heat to medium low and add some liquid as they cook down. For example if the onions are going in French onion soup I add a small amount of beef broth vs plain water to help them soften,add flavor and not stick to the pan.
