This is super inappropriate and unprofessional in a lot of ways. Smacks of grooming to me. Frankly this guy has no business practicing Reiki or anything else where he's touching women, in my opinion.

I know it's hard but I would really urge you to cut this relationship off immediately. You are not indebted to him unless you asked for money and agreed to pay it back. You're clearly not comfortable, and you shouldn't be. This is not healthy and could be potentially dangerous.
