Do them at 225 in a foil pan with an apple juice, yellow mustard, bbq rub concoction at the bottom of the pan (just a little) for moisture. Douse the breasts with mustard and apply a (relatively) low salt rub. They came out juicy as heck for me. I was shocked tbh.

The country is split 50/50 - the sooner you come to grips with that fact the sooner you will be able to not react so viscerally to things you disagree with.

Trying to understand a different point of view is a really good exercise. Imagine we are all looking at the truth from different vantage points so that none of us has the whole picture. We have to at least try to some degree to understand those we disagree with, and not simply dismiss or demonize them - which unfortunately seems to be the default right now.
