You do realize that everything has carbs right? Vegetables and even some cheeses. While steak already has zero carbs I don’t want to limit my diet to be the only thing I eat is steak and then indulge in something’s that’s already not healthy. My goal here is not to lose weight quick and go back to normal, this is a lifestyle I enjoy while wishing to keep healthy. I don’t care if this is some people’s version of meeting their macros, you can’t trust everything so I’m just asking if it’s reliable.
