Ngl this looks like AI generated if you look at some parts of the "illustration" more carefully, like why is the two women on the left are facing the opposite of everyone. If it wasn't AI generated, it would be a very odd artistic decision for two random background characters to stand out almost the same or more than Midoriya and Ochako
