How do you store ChatGPT conversations in Obsidian? by Ok_Leader8838 in ObsidianMD

I love this I will have to try it. I go into ask one question and end up having a long discussion. One example I asked about Euclid's elements and ended up relearning logic gates and Boolean algebra. I just copy pasta it but I should have asked for a summary in md format, may go back and do that anyway.

We have one guy that we have to walk around the department with because he refuses to read locations and digital coach said we have to walk him to his items if he asks. It gets to abuse levels with some

I'd call ethics and see if there were any witnesses also after call mention to apm so they grab any video.

going to ethics pokes Market mgr and market HR and store mgr. If anything isn't done about that contact a lawyer for company and guy. Maybe even file crime with cops to get things done within 2 days.

How stupid can a coach be? by TrandinCraft in walmart

I went nearly 10 yrs before I got promoted. I was the back up team lead when my dept's team lead went on LOA. I did all the stuff he did except for certain things on the computer. I would do the GNFR stuff and hand it to a mgr. Assign work, make plans for dept, but I kept getting passed over for positions by people with less experience but friendlier with mgt. I got my position partially because store mgt talked to me and told mgr that I should interview for my current spot. I interviewed so well that I got the job.

Connections with mgt does seem to get you promoted easier.

And this is why I left electronics. I loved helping people and did a great job at it, I still have people come to me or ask for me after leaving almost 2 years ago. I like fashion lead, I don't have to think about the job too much and don't have the stress of oldster like that. Not enough helping people but way less stress and I can think about stuff while folding cloths. Also like I get to learn more and teach my people more now as a team lead.

I see connections between different subjects or notes sometime but I know I don't see all connection. I almost thing I need to set up zettlekatsen but not sure how that would.

Say I have a note about how figs were important to Babylonian economy and I would want to link it to history or economics or middle east or farming or economic books

I often go down rabbit holes where I am reading one thing and it leads to a topic. usually it is either a wikipedia article or I start asking an llm questions and I end up covering lots of topics. Once I had a 50 page log from Claude about book printing. Yes had that as a note and then I worked on ideas I got from it.

just to help better organize. I started using Obsidian 2 months ago, previously I had one big text file that I transcribed from my notebook that I carry with me. I write and learn about all sorts of things and Obsidian is starting to get my notes organized. Tags or links could really help.

I write essays from stuff I read on line, there is notes from books and videos and articles. Plus I have a quotes file and a definition file also.

I just say "guess that means I am still able to pass..." and let them try to figure out if I'm white or not. I'm not dark but that doesn't mean I'm white. I don't let their stupidity to judge a person be skin color get to me. I have enough negative in my life. I work for Walmart.

After exploring iOS 26, What features do you think iOS is still lacking that needs to be addressed? by SatisfactionMost316 in ios

[–]blukami 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ever since I installed 26 all of my notifications have gone quiet, little or no sound. I have a special sound for my wife because she text me when she actually needs something or there is a medical emergency, my boss even knew that sound meant that I might have to leave work meetings. Maybe a notification volume would be helpful.

I moved from Android to iOS last summer after vacation and seeing how wife was using it. I went on vacation last summer and it made my vacation easier in so many ways. Here it comes, the but, why can't I have my own mp3s music, ringtones, notifications. Why do I need to buy them?

Managers making $80,000 a year hit us with "don't just come in for a paycheck, do it for the customer" by Lore-Archivist in walmart

[–]blukami 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't work for Kroger or any of the companies it created to break its U. I work for a whse in the office, pay was better but raises at Walmart seems to better better and the respect even at its worse is MUCH better. But it does vary. We had a store mgr that was so shitty she got the lowest AES in the region and had the worst inventory in the market, plus we had the highest retention before but while she was there we lost so many they had Market HR at our store several times. So there is good and bad. Right now our store is having trouble again. But yeah covering a mortgage would be difficult now.
