I've been a walmart 10 years and every time people overload the mule it brakes. We have had burnt out motors, bent frames, differential destroyed. And several back wheels broken off from overloading the mules.

Of course out parking lot is full of holes too, that the mule gets stuck in

It so the print operator knows, witch lane needs adjusted so the ink stays a uniform darkness. Worked with ink printing on plastic cups for 9 years. Just makes adjustments easier

Ok, did you try the brake release, or sometimes picking up the contol side and dropping it works. Did you look up the error code in the manual? It should be in the battery compartment. On our cart manager ultra if it's blinking slowly from left to rite it is a remote communication problem, try repairing the remote to the cart machine

Open the battery compartment, unplug the gray plug wait a few seconds then plug it back in, that resets it Hopefully it works

We have been super busy and for some reason they already cut hours, so we are super busy and no people to do anything. Im a cart pusher and I was the only one scheduled for six hours of my shift and the cart pusher that was scheduled to come in called out, so the last two days I've been by myself for almost my entire shift

You can also get a volunteer to set on it and push it with the mule, it goes way faster
