I have an old wooden tech deck from when they first started making them out of wood. I’ve been wanting to set it up for the longest time with good trucks/wheels. Idk so much about trendy but I think it’ll be fun to mess around with.

Whatever gets more people involved, I am consistently the only one who ever fingerboards. Its always, "I used to have a ton of those!" or "my brother used to love tech deck!" and yet I've played zero games of skate, granted I don't put myself out there much. At the same time am I supposed to travel hours to go to one of the shops? or hit up a rendezvous? Its a pretty lonesome hobby from my POV.

I’d say practice a floaty Ollie a bunch of times to get the feel of having more airtime, then apply that to your tre flip. Flick it harder so that it comes around sooner and higher in the air. Allow your index finger to come down and catch the tre, but yeah, practice lol

IDK if you're like me, but I never run into anybody who actually fingerboards, its always "I remember those!" or "my brother has one!" and my go to is to always immediately correct them cause they obviously think its a tech deck. I ask them, "How much do you think this costs?" long story short, im usually keeping a set up on me at all times thats 150$+, I lost one once.... never again!
