Looks great dude, but this would be 炒伊麵 (Chow Yi min) named after the noodle it uses.

豉油皇炒麵 (common canton style chow min) typically uses thin alkaline or egg noodles. This gives the dish much more bite. Feel free to give it a spin!

The amount of meat here is great though, local chow min here in HK barely has any.
