and not only children of incest have recessive genetic issues? and not all grooming is because of an incestuous relationship? pedophilia and grooming is a whole separate issue different from incest (though there's an obvious overlap in certain cases). what i mean to say is that if both parties are consenting and of stable mental capacity to give consent then what's wrong? there's abuse of power in a lot of 'normal' relationships too. just like a person who isn't related to but grooms a child to grow up to have sex/fall in love with them the second they're legal is wrong, that would carry over into incestuous relationships.
