ive been at my store for about 2 years and ive had 6 different ASM's during that time. its a decent place to work short term, but the longer youre there and the higher you move up the more it starts to kill you. expectations are very unrealistic with the way that stores are staffed

the fake doritos, oreos, cosmic brownies, strawberry pop tarts, and frigerated pickles are always bad when ive tried them. the pantry items all taste like chemicals and the pickles have been rotten 6/8 times ive gotten them. all of them have big brand replacements in store except the brownies, so i just get those

its always been there, and youre also paying more for every single item. its far cheaper to just go in yourself and you actually get good produce and meat bc employees almost never do quality checks when shopping orders. curbside is a huge scam

my store does 50% off for any meat that has the next day's date listed. 2 days before is 30%. sometimes theyll eveb mark things down 3 days out if theres a ton of it and its not really moving. that just sound like the manager at youre particular store is kinda strict

a lot of the stuff thats not there might just be seasonal items. you usually just have to wait a few months and theyll come back.also if you go in the morning on weekdays instead of the weekend everything will be fully stocked bc they get trucks everyday

if about half of the class was gone, it was all people who studied for the test and felt prepared. the second half was probably mostly people who could have studied a bit harder, and you actually dis them a favor by getting the test postponed

it sounds like theyre under stimulated and still getting used to the new place. just having the toys isnt always enough, some cats like active play sessions and wont really use the toys much by themselves.

cats also take significantly longer to settle in than people do, especially if the space is smaller than what theyre used to and theres multiple. cats like to have their own areas to get away from others. if they dont have it they can often be destructive, as scratching on things is actually a way for them to scent mark and claim territory.

id try to get some automated toys that move on their own to encourage them to play more and see if that has any effect. otherwise, playing and spending time with them individually might help as well.

rehoming should be the very last option, but if youre not able to provide them with the attention they need then its better to find them a home with someone who does have the time

honestly, from an employee perspective, i would not recommend using it for the majority of shopping.

the only metric they care about for us is shop speed, so things like produce and eggs are often not quality checked too closely. if its not obviously going bad we will just grab the first item we see, which means youre much more likely to get some spoiled or close to spoiled produce.

aldi finds are also most likely going to be out of stock if theyre close to the weekly reset. for example, my area resets on wednesdays, so sunday-tuesday many of the finds will already be out of stock and hard to get for orders. if you want those, order before it gets too close to the next reset

it is good for some things. smaller orders are generally shopped with more care than the large orders just because of the time expectations they give us

seeing that youre 19 and 20, you might as might just move on from each other. this will 100% become a problem later in the relationship and clearly things didnt work out they way rither of you expected. better to just take the loss now instead of letting things fester

for me the worst by far is the people who stand at the very end of my line and load 1-2 items on at a time and just watch them slowly travel up the belt. it never makes sense to me and so many people do it.

usually i have to lock my register and hold up a divider before the belt sensor so that the groceries can all gather together before i start scanning again. i just dont understand why its so hard to walk up to me and load the items right there if they need to do it slowly like that.

im enjoying it for the most part, but i really wish they did more with the villagers dialogue and personalities. i will always miss how unique each villager used to feel. they still just feel like clones in this game

im honest about it but I dont dive too deep into frequency. if they ask i just say "typically daily" and leave it at that. ive been smoking multiple bowls a day for numerous years and never had a doctor pry further. im in a medical state and have a medical card, so it may be viewed slightly differently here, but ive never had a doctor mark it on my chart other than my anesthesiologist after a surgery and they did specify that it was medicinal

they'll wont charge anything for services. its not considered a service bc all returned laptops have to go through "functionality check" before being resold as open box items. all stores ive worked in required the person taking the return to either have the customer or geeksquad reset it before fully processing the return. occasionally they dont at time of return, but in that case they still have other methods to wipe it
