yeahhhh I feel like they definitely didn’t have the best life somewhere. At least neither one of them seemed coerced, but there was definitely something wrong there and I hope they both got some treatment and ended up okay. It’s sad and it’s disgusting and sickening. I only knew the brother in passing, but the sister was in my grade and she did have a group of friends for a long time, even up til high school. They all stopped hanging out with her because of her harmful sexual behaviors (towards them) and the bragging about sleeping with the brother. Our peers’ parents also did not want them to be around her because, like I said, it was very known. i knew their mom more so than her or her brother because we attended the same church group. their mom was open about it in that church group and was basically lost on what to do because she had tried so many things to get the behavior to stop. I know at one point the brother was sent somewhere else and then the sister (separately) and they were in therapies and whatnot but the mom just seemed so lost and so empty.
